You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pick up. When you get to the Store, we may ask to see your personal identification.
Your order will be held for 72 hours (3 days) after notification is sent. Orders that are not picked up within 3 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee and the remaining balance will be refunded. Returns are processed in 3-5 business days and refunds can be expected 5-10 business days after processing.
