Description
Chamomile Tea:
Add 1-2 tablespoons of dried chamomile flowers to a small saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and steep. Strain and add your favorite sweetener if you like. For enhanced flavor, crush the dried chamomile flowers with fingers before boiling.
